"Truths and Rights" foi lançado em 1979, porém, foi uma rocha que mereceu e ganhou uma edição "DELUXE" em 2008 , pela Heartbeat Records com mais 6 faixas inéditas. Esta obra é daquelas que se destacam por sua vibração, exaltação e particular concepção. Assim como toda a boa leva setentista, carrega linhas de baixo relativamente simples e marcantes; escaleta, metais e teclados bem sincronizados; timbre ousado e bem definido na voz de Osbourne; batera com pegada arrebatadora e altamente incitante. Não é por acaso que este álbum recebeu a premiação máxima em 2008 na categoria Best Vocal Album Reissues, pelo apurado site Roots-Archives. Este álbum marcou a volta de Johnny Osbourne, e seu reconhecimento é verdadeiramente merecido, sendo este seu melhor trabalho. Big UP!
